“I create my artwork at home, where painting and drawing give me the chance to switch off from everyday life. I enjoy spending a couple of quiet hours with a cup of tea and focusing on creating something by hand. I'm drawn to still life and realistic artwork, I enjoy taking time to include light, shadows and form. For me, creating art is about enjoying the process and having time to myself. I hope my work brings a similar sense of calm and simplicity to the people who see it.”

My art style has two sides: I love using pencil to create drawings with strong, dramatic contrasts, while acrylic painting lets me capture the colour, atmosphere and character of landscapes and still lifes.
